Dr. Blake R. De Silva brings a diverse background and deep commitment to patient care in his role as a Chief Executive and Medical Officer as well as specialist in Men's Health and a Family Medicine & Primary Care Provider. Born in Andorra, Dr. De Silva moved to the United States in 2005 at the age of 20. He pursued his passion for healthcare, first earning his nursing education from Chamberlain University and later completing his Doctor of Nursing Practice (D.N.P.) at Gonzaga University. Dr. De Silva's philosophy is centered on community and family as well as low income and no insurance care for patients, ensuring every individual receives personalized and thoughtful treatment.
When he isn't dedicating his time to his practice, Dr. De Silva enjoys a busy family life with his son, Travers, and their extended family, which includes two dogs and four horses. A fun fact about Dr. De Silva is that he is an experienced equestrian who previously competed in rodeo events!

Before stepping into this executive role, Dr. Masterson built a distinguished career as a practicing internist, specializing in complex diagnostic challenges and preventative health strategies. This deep clinical background informs their administrative decisions, ensuring that operational strategies are always aligned with the highest standards of quality patient care and physician well-being. Dr. Masterson is committed to fostering innovation within De Silva Medical Group, guiding initiatives that enhance healthcare accessibility, streamline clinical workflows, and ultimately improve health outcomes for the community served.
