Personalized care for individuals managing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. Our experienced psychiatric providers conduct thorough evaluations, prescribe appropriate medications, and offer ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal effectiveness while minimizing side effects.
Men's Health
Our Men’s Health Services are focused on prevention, early detection, and personalized care at every stage of life. We address concerns such as heart health, hormone balance, sexual health, and routine screenings with a discreet, compassionate approach. De Silva Medical Group was founded by Dr. Blake De Silva, DNP, with a vision to create a healthcare environment where every individual feels valued and understood. We are a group of medical clinics that offer primary care, pediatric care, men’s health, and behavioral health medicine in multiple locations.
